Rusty Knuckles Music

If the general public is clueless about the true direction of Rusty Knuckles, well folks....listen here. This is a monumental year for those with gypsy soul. After a year of producing custom merchandise, we were asked by several of the bands we work with to start releasing their music. The bands enjoyed working directly with us and were completely frustrated with their existing labels lack of ideas and utter laziness. Over the course of a few months, we weighed the options and looked at the opportunity from all angles to figure out a solution that could work for everyone.

While postulating on future business as a music label and custom merchandise provider, we reached out and contacted a new media group and proposed bands that we could bring to the table on the Rusty Knuckles Music roster. They jumped at the opportunity to work with us in the current swell of the underground music scene we call "Southern Sleaze".

"Southern Sleaze" has a dirty blues and rock n' roll vibe, distinct to the South and is parallel with all the ideas that had been built into the launch of Rusty Knuckles as a company. With the help of CockRoach Media and Super D Distribution, Rusty Knuckles Music is poised to grow substantially. First and foremost our priority is working with supreme talent and bands that fit our vibe. This attitude has landed us quite the impressive roster including the Crank County Daredevils and Flat Tires. In the near future, we will be releasing new material by Antiseen and Leroy Virgil of Hellbound Glory fame.

Our first album is the June 15th worldwide release of the latest Crank County Daredevils album. This foursome has torn up stages, wrecked bars and wreaked havoc across the U.S. and Europe, all the while leaving the crowds clamoring for more. With large pre-sales, this killer album is sure to convert many new listeners to what is the defining sound of "Southern Sleaze".

Next up, due out in mid-August, we have a split 7" with Joe Buck Yourself of Hank III fame along with our boys in the Flat Tires. This 7" inch will be limited to 300 copies on clear blue vinyl and will be the first time Joe Buck has ever released anything on vinyl. It's guaranteed to sell out and once pre-sales are announced, it will be posted on the store website, available for order. Late this summer we will also have new material from Leroy Virgil of Hellbound Glory and this fall, look for new material from the legendary Antiseen.

Besides those amazing bands we have a deep roster of talent ready to come on board with us. More details soon but here are some clues. One singer/song writer used to tour with Slayer and Ozzy and another band is tearing up the northeast and named after a Danzig song. Interested yet? Stay tuned...
